INDOOR SPACES
Lithakia Balcony Villa is spanned into three independent apartments, offering 8 bedrooms in total for utmost comfort and privacy.
Ground floor apartments: each offer separate entrances and two bedrooms. They are decorated alike and can accommodate 4 guests each. At the front part of the apartments there is a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, whereas toward the back, the two bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned while one offers a queen-sized bed and the other one two single beds, that can also be joined into one queen-sized bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and washing machine.
First Floor apartment: This apartment features 4 bedrooms, spacious open plan living room and kitchen area with dining table. There is a big balcony with pool and sea view at the front of the villa, where our guests can relax and enjoy the surrounding views. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, whereas the three air-conditioned bedrooms offer 2 single beds each that can be joined into one queen sized bed. This apartment also has two bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and one more with bathtub.

*For 9-12 guests: 1st floor apartment & 1 ground floor apartment is available
*For 13+ guests: all apartments are available
The owner of the villa lives quietly in the attic above. He respects the guests' privacy, rarely interacting unless needed. His presence is discreet, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed stay. You can enjoy your time at the villa without worry, as the owner leaves you entirely to yourselves.

The outdoor spaces of Lithakia Balcony Villa are thoughtfully designed to offer a refined sense of relaxation and effortless luxury, set against the stunning backdrop of the Ionian Sea. The villa’s beautifully appointed outdoor dining area, complemented by a traditional wood-fired oven and BBQ, creates the perfect setting for al fresco dining and memorable gatherings, all within a serene and private atmosphere ideal for families and groups.

The villa’s private swimming pool stands at the heart of the outdoor experience, offering refreshing moments of relaxation with uninterrupted views of the sea.
